Hello to everyone!! Happy Father’s Day too!!!

We have just returned last night from Muskoka. It was an unbelievably hot week in
Baysville.  The cottage was cozy and the surroundings very peaceful.  We had some
fine quality family time and a good flow of visitors.  However, I am happy to be home.  
It feels like I have been away forever.  I am far too accustomed to air conditioning and
my bed to be away so much in the last two weeks.

It was a tough week in terms of sweats, pain and fatigue.  I tried to not let it bother
me too much.  It is so important to stay on top of the pain so it doesn’t get out of
control.
I want to believe it is the beads still doing their magic and thus the pain.

I start my regime tomorrow and look forward to getting back on schedule.  Ironically, I
do well with the chemo schedule and need that routine in my life.  The first two days
will be long but it is all part of the “process”.
