Well on this dreary rainy day it is hard not to crawl back into bed and try to shut out
the world…..
The last two weeks have marked a change in treatment. I am on a break due to serious
diarrhea that is affecting my quality of life. I am not sure how long this will last.
On the weekend I had an attack of this diarrhea and with the help of my naturopath,
Dr. Jane, I was to get it somewhat under control with the help of Metamucil. I believe
fatty foods are the trigger but am not certain,.
In the meantime, I am trying to rest, come up with different foods to eat and socialize
a little bit.
There is a fundraiser “Stamp –a- Stack” on Sunday, November 4th at Holy Cross high
school in St. Catharines. Jacqueline Cameron is organizing this event and the events
page has all the details. It’s a getting ready for Christmas project.
Anyhow, stay dry and have a good weekend
